This report explores that question. We spoke to in-house legal leaders across sectors to get a clearer view of what’s holding them back, what drives their ambitions and what it might take to lead the business, not just advise it.
Methodology and sample
Our findings are based on discussions with a diverse group of in-house legal professionals, including General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers and legal team leaders from various industries and company sizes.
We surveyed 120 legal professionals and interviewed six others from our network in depth. Their insights provide a comprehensive view of the career landscape they navigate.
