About the program

A program with purpose

Pinsent Masons' APAC client CPD program has been designed to offer clients and contacts of Pinsent Masons throughout the Asia Pacific region with access to a variety of legal training that may (in some jurisdictions) contribute towards lawyers attending Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements. While this cannot be guaranteed in every jurisdiction, this program seeks to provide ample opportunity for lawyers qualified in the Australian states of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, solicitors qualified in Hong Kong and Singapore, and internationally qualified lawyers practising in Mainland China who are qualified in these jurisdictions.

Claiming CPD points: other Pinsent Masons events

Pinsent Masons runs events and training sessions across our global network, for clients to learn from our lawyers across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. While these events provide valuable insights and learnings for legal professionals, we cannot guarantee that each event throughout our global network meets the requirements to claim CPD points/credit in every jurisdiction.

This means that unless otherwise stated, Pinsent Masons will not be able to provide certification or proof of attendance for events outside of the APAC client CPD program, which are included within this publication.
