AUSTRALIA
New South Wales and Victoria
The CPD schemes for practitioners qualified in New South Wales and Victoria are based on self-assessment, in accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 (NSW) ("The Rules").
If a session you attend/view on demand as part of the APAC client CPD program is relevant to your practice needs or professional development, you may be able to claim one unit for each hour of attendance. For sessions viewed on-demand, practitioners should note that these may be subject to the cap on private study of audio/visual material under s9.2.4 of the Rules.
