Through local programmes and partnerships, we work to enhance outcomes for disadvantaged and underrepresented groups, and tailor support to what is needed most in each region. A global vision with local action.
Our commitment to ‘Inspiring Young Lives’ is at the forefront of our community investment agenda.
Across FY2023, we deepened our two core programmes – Community Outreach and Educational Outreach, giving us a platform from which we can begin to address social mobility in the sector, raise educational attainment and create better life chances for children and young people most in need. We also defined our goals and targets to ensure we take a more strategic approach to community investment.

Our community activities have included speaking at leadership events to share our knowledge and soft skills experience with ambitious young people, taking on mentoring roles, providing access to work experience for young people from a range of backgrounds, supporting children in conflict zones and giving Christmas presents to children and young people.
We recognise that we are in a privileged position to have the opportunity to support and take responsibility for our communities and we are proud of spending our time and resources to support a range of communities wherever we are able to do so.”
