The Paralegal Role

Joining the Pinsent Masons Vario CoE as a paralegal means taking on meaningful, client-facing work from your very first day.

You will have the opportunity to build a broad and adaptable legal skillset, with a primary capability area but the chance to collaborate across many different practice areas.

Typical Responsibilities Include

Reviewing and drafting a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
You will also gain exposure to legal technology tools as part of these processes.
Supporting the delivery of large-scale legal projects and transactions.
You will gain exposure to a variety of legal sectors, for example Corporate, Disputes, Finance, Data Privacy etc
Liaising with clients and internal teams to progress matters efficiently.
You will have opportunities to interact directly with the Firm’s clients, as well as the various internal practice groups we support.
Trial preparation and bundling.
Including legal research and preparing case summaries for use by lawyers and clients.
Providing general client matter support.
For example by managing and tracking documents for signing, filing, and compliance. You will also gain exposure to a variety of key matter management processes.
